A minor benefit, the TSA/Global Entry is also something you lose.

The terms say it’s every 4 years for TSA and 4.5 years for Global entry

Question: I used this for TSA (not Global entry) in February 2020. Per the 4.0 year rule I would assume I could redeem the $85 credit in March 2024.

If I wanted to use it for Global Entry instead of TSA, do you think it would work at 4.0 years since my last credit was for TSA, or do you think it would require me to wait 4.5 years since I’m redeeming for a Global Entry despite my last one being for TSA?

Fee Credit for Global Entry or TSA PreCheck®

Delta SkyMiles® Platinum American Express Card Members are eligible to receive one statement credit every 4 years for the Global Entry application fee or every 4.5 years for the TSA PreCheck® application fee (when applying through a TSA official enrollment provider), in each case when charged to their eligible Card. Basic Card Members will receive a statement credit for the first program (either Global Entry or TSA PreCheck) to which they apply and pay for with their eligible Card. The charge for the five year program application fee can be made by the Basic Card Member or any Additional Card Members on a single Card account. No more than one credit across the account can be received for up to $85 for TSA PreCheck every 4.5 years or $100 credit for Global Entry every 4 years (but not both programs), depending on the program for which the Card Member first applies.

Here's the actual terms and conditions for this program. Since TSA Pre's credit is limited to once every 4.5 years, you cannot get another credit under this program (either TSAPre or GE) until 4.5 years after your last application.
