Indeed. If you are on a T3-5 train and going to T3-5, (or on a T4 train and going to T4), the Hatton Cross shuffle would lose you 10 mins until the next train. Also, if you have heavy luggage, it would be inconvenient as there are no lifts or escalators at Hatton Cross. However, if you are on a T4 train and going to T3-5 or vice versa and have only light luggage, walking up the stairs and backdown will be easy and only take a minute or two and in most cases lose you no time anyway, so why not do it if you have to wait for the next train anyway?
