Yes 99% of the time if an email uses words like "kindly", it's a scam. Something about overseas scammers using 90s educational books to learn how to write an email.
Other common words include "urgently", mixing up "lose" vs. "loose", "please advise", and "best regards".
Trust your gut, this is a pretty good phishing email.
