Im from Sydney but relocated to London this year and trying to get my head around the BA system. Have been Qantas platinum for the last 6 years and trying to switch it to BA now.

I need to go back to Sydney this year around mid June till the first week of July in 2024 and trying to work out a way to do it in Business that is not excessively priced and gets me a good bit of TP's.

I have tried some routes both through LAX and singapore (hong kong is almost twice the price). Can add 5 days car hire or something in Syd to get the double bonus.

Ideally trying to find something that will be under £4000 most of the routes I have tried seem to be closer to 6k, but I am just not familiar with what the good options are I should do.

Appreciate any guidance/assistance so I can learn how to approach flying out of London better
