Sorry my bad , I meant we have a trip planned from NYC to SIN next year and I did book FRA- SIN ( Sq25) as soon as this opened ( 4 tickets, J). NYC to Frankfurt was not available at that time and now NYC to Frankfurt is available in J in same starting flight SQ25). Agent says they can't connect with this flight . system errors and doesn't price. Agent tried to book as new flight and even then it doesn't work .

Any work around ?
