Horrible Hertz Experience

I had a horrible Hertz experience this week, I book all of my travel through Concur which Amex Travel, never any issues. I booked Hertz rentals in several cities in December and happened to notice these all billed my personal card vs. my corporate credit card which should feed through our Concur/Amex. I have no idea why my corporate card did not feed but apparently, without my knowledge, Hertz used my personal credit card on my Hertz profile to complete the bookings and did not indicate the change when I picked up my car rentals. I contacted the Hertz 800# and asked them to please move the three charges to my corporate card and after a 30 minute wait, with reps from a far away land, was told they can only move ONE credit card payment per YEAR and they would only move one of three charges. That sounded crazy so I asked to speak with a supervisor and after another 30 minute wait, was told that they would not move the charge. NO apologies, they could care less even though I have been President's Circle for 10+ years. I contacted my corporate travel team, they acknowledged that they have seen this and have observed other issues with Hertz in the past year or two. They suggested I submit an exception to a corporate officer (CFO) for an exception to reimburse me for a non-company credit card charge. I will do this, but this is a royal pain and not a good look and I will need to send summaries to a cast of people to approve this up the ladder. All I can say is, a horrible Hertz experience, I will never use them again, and my company is planning to discontinue the relationship, according to my corporate travel team, Hertz has been challenged for reasons like this and other situations l that I have experienced...HIGH MILEAGE rentals, having to wait for a vehicle because of availability, lack of selections, and even last minute cancels by Hertz - NO cars at a site. My company had over 16,000 Hertz rentals days through October. Is this level of service the norm at Hertz?
