Thanks for the honest review. I've seen the hotel, but not stayed in it, and the area didn't impress. With a layover of less than 15 hours I'd probably use the Sama Sama at the airport, and for over 15 hours I'd consider going into KL. The easiest hotels to access are the Hilton, Le Meridien and the Aloft at KL Sentral, though the IC is quite easy to reach now via the KLIA Transit and the MRT Putrajaya Line.
