Because I'm a glutton for punishment, I went back to the same Walmart I originally had trouble with and attempted to use my 3 remaining cards to load small amounts of $300, $250, and $150. All declined again with codes 5, 12, 57, and in fact all 3 afterwards error out online and over the phone when I attempt to check balance and when I stayed on the phone to talk to a rep again I was told all 3 cards had to be replaced. I guess I'll find out in 7-10 business days if this is just a one-off and the replacements work or how much more pain I'm in for
