Had to call in today to get PQP for a 20k mile+$550 upgrade on DUB-IAD over a week ago. The 200 PQP for the miles posted a couple days after the flight, but I needed the 550 PQP for the cash to maintain Gold. Got a US based agent that understood and took care of it as fast as the computers would let her.
