Appears to be an older Perks&Plus cert -- ER1181

United Airline not honoring ER1181 Certificate Issued December 2019

Won 1st class tickets to anywhere, but theyre making it impossible to book??
It was issued in 12/22 & was verified by United that I could still redeem this e-certificate. (I won this through a trusted known travel points seminar here CS &#128579 so hopefully this cert is valid, it should work but if not, my donation went to a worthy cause 🙂 But no one seems to know about the PQP details.
