Thanks for this info swaMark ! Glad to hear you are considering. I currently book away from SW for this very reason as it’s such as hassle at peak travel times at my airport (BDL) to deal with long lines at the ticket counter even before we get to the TSA lines.

Please look at the AA app for inspiration. They offer two options to get the boarding pass: RFID passport scan, or a camera scan.
