If by harder, you mean not having access to a large volume of flights -- there are over a dozen SGN-PQC nonstop flights from 6am-9.30pm daily -- that are priced according to the demand for them (ie, quite cheap, even when bought last minute) then, yeah, it is. By contrast, BKK-PQC is once daily and sells out frequently.
