The scammers (from what I can tell) were mostly draining to Target.com

I have not read of fraud to WM MO, though that could also be happening. In my experience it was always the older style cards with expiry before 2032 that were compromised. I suspect we are collateral damage right now, hopefully this is temporary.

Maybe the safest thing for anyone who needs to cash out right now is to do 2x $250

If they are blocking one-shot drains, then doing a $1 tester followed by a MO drain also looks scammy to the algorithms
