Get the gold card - first yr free anyway - that gets you the 15% off the mileage cost
- if you want security - book economy from IND
or
The advantage of booking with miles is you can change your ticket if price drops for free and the excess miles just get redeposited
Book from Louisville for now in Z class - watch the fares- worst case 2 hr drive for Z class and not economy
- if the IND-ABQ flights drop in price in Feb or March- change that for free - either to economy or business
