Even if we get replacement cards but if they are not used in a pattern an organic spender would use it, then system will flag it and we are back in the same loop where we started. This would really kill the MS program. Who would use VGCs to load money and or turn it into MO. It's good that they have been sleeping for years now.

Let's update here when we get replacement cards and whether or not they work right away than running through hoops.
