For a 90-bedroom hotel, I would rather call it a fair-sized gym.

Opening hours for the hotel gym and spa. Gym: Open all day. Spa: 3 PM-10 PM on weekdays, 10 AM-10 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.

The hotel sauna itself. The red light is just LEDs, it's not infrared light. The next morning the light was green but "there was a naked guest behind the window. I gave up on the idea of taking pictures."


Well, to be honest, I just made that last one up. I knew what to expect when I stepped into that area because I had discussed it with the front desk the day before.
