I hit 50 nights back in November and shortly thereafter when I log into my account I have a View Gift link with the message:

You qualify for an Annual Choice Benefit for staying 50 nights.

When I click on the View Gift link I receive a web page with the following:

Apologies

Thank you for your interest in the Marriott Bonvoy® Annual Choice Benefit. As of now, you’re not eligible for an Annual Choice Benefit. However, if you think you’ve received this message in error, please connect with Member Support. You must earn at least 50 Elite Night Credits this year to select one of these exclusive benefits:

I have called Marriott Titanium line four times about it, the first call on Dec 5, the second call on Dec 20, the third call yesterday, and then another call today. On the first two calls, a ticket was opened and they said I would receive an email. Never received an email either time and have tried selecting my Annual Choice Benefit from the link in my account numerous times.

The third time I called, the associate reviewed the old ticket and opened a new ticket and said since had not received an email, she took my phone number and someone would call me from the loyalty department in the next few hours. No call. Today, on the fourth call, the associate said all she could do is open a ticket, so I spoke with her supervisor after a 9 minute hold. Supervisor said I shouldn't have been told I would receive a call in a few hours and said the loyalty department has 3-5 business days to respond and that they would not call me. Then she read the notes from the case that was opened yesterday and said they would call me within 5 business days. She asked if I had the case number, to which I replied that no one had provided me any of the case numbers. The supervisor said I should have been provided the case numbers, and provided me the current case number.

My confidence level is very low with regard to receiving any kind of resolution from the loyalty department's Member Support. And it is also low with regard to actually receiving an annual choice benefit, including the default 5 SNAs once 2023 year is closed out on or about January 7, 2024. Marriott IT's web site can't even do it when it explicitly says "You qualify for an annual Choice Benefit for staying 50 nights".
