How irritating/ridiculous.

The only times I've flown BD not booked through flybmi.com have been when I used aa.com (wistful smiley). bmi was always most obliging for requests like these.

Have you tried the Silver line instead of the regular res desk? I always speak to the Gold line, even for requests like this -- just easier to deal with IME.
