Anyone else have this happen? I booked a ton of reservations for a 2 week dec/jan trip in Europe and then cancelled and rebooked several times as we decided to change plans and visit different countries. I thought I could rely on the "My Trips" in the app to show me all the reservations I had made and cancel them through the app, Yesterday in London a reservation spontaneously showed up for Sevilla, when I went through my email I realized that one reservation had seemingly not cancelled, but it had never been showing in the app. So I went through tons of email and found two other reservations for Rome that we were not planning to use that did not show in the app but when pulled up with confirmation codes were still "live." The ones in Sevilla incurred a fee, luckily the ones in Rome were still within the cancellation window. The ones in Sevilla only popped up when the app sought to remind me it was "time to check in' for them. When I get home next week I will call Bonvoy but this is disconcerting to find that the app loses some reservations like this. It's only a couple hundred Euro, but I had been carefully scrolling through all the reservatoins in the app because it's actually more likely I will show up somewhere with no room than have an extra room booked. Anyone else ever see this happen?
