Hi, does anyone have an email for the general manager for the Ziva Cap Cana that they can private message me with? My family and I are scheduled to travel February 20-25 but were in a horrendous accident and I don't know if we are able to go. I'd like to see what the GM may say if we can move our trip later as this was a points booking before the category change.
