Capella is very well done but has A LOT of stairs. The tents can fit 3 adults but not sure about 2+2. There's also a Family Lodge that you might want to look into. This property is nice because each tent has their own splash pools.
Stairs are a non issue—our kids are not young. Similarly splash pools aren’t their thing; they would spend their time in larger, communal pools. The family lodge does appear the only option there.
To be honest, all the Ubud luxury properties are remote and that's by design. To have space and privacy.
Perhaps my memory is playing tricks on me, but we definitely remember taking daily bike rides and strolls from FS Sayan, but it was almost 20 years ago now so maybe the area is much more built up? Are there lower tier establishments we should consider to improve location options?
