Perhaps it would not be a bad thing if a court were to decide that the terms and conditions of their web site cannot be enforced. One-sided, slip a paper under your nose, you don't like it go get your flying elsewhere. Isn't that a bit too much? I tend to see these as more of an exercise of intimidation than something the lawyer who wrote it truly believes it has any teeth.
