There are currently holiday seasonal D1 fares that are valid around Easter (ZQN82SDD fares) and are around $3100 roundtrip for IND-EDI/WAW. They have yet to publish holiday seasonal D1 fares that are valid beyond Easter (as seen in fare rules below), so it probably makes sense to wait and see as there is a decent chance they will come out with them at some point if you want to travel later in the year. It's possible they could come out with lower priced fares, but that will likely depend on outside factors (like economic situation, etc). I believe EU YQ surcharges are up from last year (currently $955 each-way for biz, I think they were $850 each-way last year) which is probably also partly driving fares higher.

As others have noted, C+ is barely a step up from Main and not really a valid comparison. They don't really have any holiday seasonal PS fares like they do D1 fares. There are late Fall/Winter/early Spring seasonal PS fares on IND-WAW from around $1734 roundtrip which seems pretty typical for these seasonal PS fares.
