Not so much IT dept in VS as IT in Delta. Since the takeover and the site hosting moving to the USA, it has been downhill. Today I notice another revamp of the front page but I have yet to discover if they have fixed one of the most obvious mistakes. For the last year (or more) many pages said 'Log In to see benefits' etc. and - at the top right of the page it showed that you were already logged in...
