offered $200 Y->PE after scanning passports in app for check-in

Been checking the app a few times a week over the past month…no offers until scanning passports to check in on my phone

sitting at the gate with 11 seats open in J and no one waitlisted for an upgrade

asked gate agent about $350 Y->J and no go so far
