Non-Bancorp Vanillas have always worked be it Metabank, Pathward, or Sutton. Its funny, because the old Bancorp version of SecureSpend (called something else I don't remember, but package was identical except the name) worked long after Bancorp Vanillas were limited to $49/swipe
