I consider the Park Hyatt Bangkok as one of the best hotels that I have stayed at! And I have stayed at a lot of other hotels around the world.

As SanDiego1K indicated, this hotel has gone over and above to take care of Globalists, certainly this Globalist.

As others have pointed out, the issue seems to be with the WoH Concierge, and to err is human. So, work with the WoH Concierge to find other solutions to salvage the situation. Good luck!
