Just finished a six night stay, used points and was able to upgrade to a suite with a TSU, got room 380. We actually really liked this room for the good view of the Luau stage from the 'side' balcony, and the oceanfront balcony was much larger than on the higher floors (more than double the square footage). Watched them putting the pig in the pit this morning for an upcoming luau, not for the faint of heart.

Not very busy when we got there a few days before Christmas, got busier throughout our stay, but pool chairs were always available. There was a wait to get breakfast at Swan Court when we left today, had dined early enough before today to avoid that probably.

One comment I had seen here is that they have 'two omelets' available at Swan Court, I'd say it's two specialty egg dishes, one usually vegetarian. One morning they had make your own eggs benedict and a scramble, and I think they always had an egg-white vegetarian scramble of some variety. The buffet was pretty good we thought.
