If that is different from AF PNR enter your FF details in the Delta website using the DL PNR.
I had many problems booking using AF miles and got around that by making myself a "companion" in my AF account with my DL FF# added to the extra profile
I have both DL and AF PNR's (they're not the same) and both show the entire reservation (5 flights) regardless of the flight numbers and carriers.

I'll visit the AF Lounge in Paris if there is sufficient time to see if they can move me to C+ on either flight. However it's a 330-900 so we may be better off keeping the two seat window/aisle combo in Economy rather than middle seats in C+ if that's all that remains by then.

Thanks all!
