Haven't flown TK for several years now, hence no new miles collected and my mileage went down to 12k. Before pandemic I regularly flew TK and always had sufficient award miles, so was unaware about the negative balance possibility.
How many negative miles can one have, and under what conditions? Is that possibility listed anywhere in the TK documents/rules?
