1. Your concierge screwed up since she admitted as much, and not the property.
2. Your concierge actually does owe you an explanation, since her screw up is now significantly affecting your anniversary stay (even if it wasn't a special stay, an explanation is still due)
3. She does need to find a way to make this right, because this is not on you.
