Had it happen to me before. Able to use online for almost half of the balance, and got error after that. Called and they issued a new card with the remaining balance in 10 days. That was back in September of this year.
been waiting on the phone forever to get ahold of someone….wondering if I should just return all the cards back to Tom Thumb and get my money back just to be safe.
