Sounds like a bad mag strip? I'd say 90% chance due to fraudsters erasing your mag strip, and 10% chance due to an ACTUAL bad mag strip. I'd liquidate that puppy into your power/water/HOA/etc bill ASAP to avoid yourself a headache of trying to get the funds back from Incomm. You could try taking it to another store (Safeway/Albertsons/WM/etc), but I'd act fast to beat the fraudsters to the funds.
