Tried to buy $499 MO from Walmart using Secure Spend VGC that I purchased on 12/25 from Walgreens.

Debit unavailable.

Fortunately the VGC was not totally locked. Purchased some groceries at a supermarket and cards at a Hallmark store.

Not sure whether it is worth it to try a smaller amount MO.
