Virgin has gone downhill. All is okay until you need too make changes and then it's a game of Russian Roulette. I have a couple of journey booked with points + money with them and on 1 route I am in a similar situation where they have changed the return flight by +1.30 hours. Which means that I will be missing a wedding on that day. They won't offer cancellation or changes without paying them a hefty fee. The Chat button in the UK dont even work. I have even shown them availabiliity on reward flight finder to say that there in no fare difference but they just parrot off the screen.
