On CO, domestic flights over 2 hours get coach meals - usually a small cold sandwich, chips or carrots, and a dessert (this week it's been a Twix bar). Domestic flights over 3.5 hours get hot sandwiches (chicken w/honey mustard, turkey pastrami, chicken tariyaki).

They're often edible.
The exception to this, of course, is the 2 to 3.5-hour flights on RJs, which unfortunately are becoming more commonplace on CO all the time!
