I'm on YYZ-CUN in a couple of days in Premium. Should I expect a hot meal? This statement is not helpful:

* Select flights over 2.5 hours will not receive a hot meal. A selection of retail snacks will be served with your choice of beverage.

Also, does anyone know what the gluten-free meal is? One companion is gluten-intolerant but not celiac, so if the meal is just something basic like a salad we'll probably stick with the normal meal.
