You don't have to clear security again but you do have to descend and climb numerous flights of stairs and take a very crowded shuttle bus that remains at the door waiting for passengers for an interminable interval. Z and A I would have had to clear passport again, but no bus.
Assuming it actually runs when you need it, which is far from certain.
