I use an actual cabin sized roller bag & rucksack.

I have only ever had my bag weighed by QR reps once (around 5% of the time). Anecdotally, I see economy luggage weighed more often than premium check-in lines.

I have never seen QR check a bags dimensions beyond the rare special people who take their checked luggage bag and try and get it on the plane.
