Dear All, I'm trying to claim recent activity on KQ on my Alfursan account. Boarding passes have alfursan on them but no credit was pushed through, so I have the pleasure of trying to claim with their retro tool which isn't functioning and goes to error page once all ticket information is input.

Does anyone have an email address for Alfursan?
