Condor Air problems - downgrades, broken seats, website form doesn't work....

I have booked Alaska Award travel three times on Condor and have had terrible experiences going to and from FRA and SEA or JFK. (I have learned my lesson now!)
Twice in business class, the seats were broken and did not lie flat so we could not sleep as planned. Other seats in the cabin were also broken so we did not change seats. Entertainment screen also without power.
Two weeks ago we booked in premium economy and paid $120 for the seat reservations. Upon arrival for check-in at SEA they informed us that Condor had sent over a different aircraft so premium economy was no longer available and we were downgraded. Many others in the same situation, and families were separated from their children.
I'm trying to use their website customer service form to request compensation for my reservations but the form does not submit. Someone in this thread said that the website is wonky and yes I agree. I have called customer service and the agents are not helpful. I have sent emails and gotten no response. I am submitting a request to reverse the charges with my cc. Anything else I can try to get my overpayment of mileage back after being downgraded?
