Encountering a similar issue , is there a fix for it or it’s married segment logic ?

Looking to book NYC(BOS)-SGN . When it’s 110k miles , NYC-TYO is F and TYO-SGN is E. When it’s 70k miles , NYC-TYO is J and TYO-SGN is J as well, TYO-SGN is the same flight ,same day.
