Looking that far out, JFK is the only route that is almost guaranteed to have F. As such, I highly doubt JL will release more than one seat per flight before the 2 week mark. Every time I've scored multiple JL F seats in the past (back when the F cabins were both more numerous and bigger), it's been close to last minute. Maybe you could target business initially and hope F pops up later.
