I checked the pay now box (in error) and ended reserving it as a non-refundable. I called one number and tried to cancel it and the guy only gave me grief. But then I used this number and the ppl there had no issues cancelling it and refunded the amt on 2 reservations. The number is 800.230.4898. I get the feeling the CSRs on this line is outside the US. The unhelpful lad is definitely an US based CSR.

The rep I talked to did want me to book another booking (non-prepaid this time) while on the phone (they offered to do it too of course) so unsure if I would have been able to get off if I totally wanted to cancel ( I only wanted to change to a non-prepaid rate so I could use a diff cc ).
but of course now it’s not prepaid I could cancel whenever.
