Haha, as someone who doesn't usually travel to what are considered typical leisure destinations, the families with small children issue wasn't too terrible for me - although years back I can remember the old PHL-MCO USAir flights where that demographic was half the damn plane. Usually "those needing extra assistance" were already near the gate with their wheelchair attendants, so they didn't bother me too much. :-)
