Update: resetting fuel pumps not worked. Now replacing them with an estimate of 1.5 hours. Kinda hoping they bin the flight as the only other way I can see to get to HNL in F is on NH via Tokyo.

All down as technical delay and associated reasons. 206 is a reactionary delay at this point.
