Here is a screenshot mid-sweep. I think the order post sweep doesn't match the order pre-sweep. Regardless 16 people got upgraded at T-1 hour, but not my friend.

No, all other 16 were upgraded within a few minutes of T-1H

Yeah! I have ~300PP sitting in my account. I definitely have experienced different orders but I've never experienced being on the list and then the gate agent saying they system won't let them clear the upgrade.
