Thank you for your summary and I know everything that you mentioned, except for #6 on the T or U fares since they are AA specific. And I am fully aware that from PHL, I would have to connect, but I made it clear that I am only willing to connect through my preferred gateways of ORD, DFW, and SFO (and not JFK, SEA, SAN, BOS, YVR), which is why I prefer to depart from my West Coast base of LAX but have not found anything (yet) on JAL.

Luckily for me, and THANKS to the wonderful advice and suggestions from
rrgg (who PM me), I was able to EASILY find numerous bookable award seats in Biz Class on JL 6 (on 789) out of ORD at 60K for numerous days in January, February, and March 2024
I have already held 2 Biz Class seats on JL 6 already, pending further poking around.
