Former 1K here, now Plat with my last PlusPoints expiring end of Jan 2024. They can be used to great effect on int’l travel, particularly on “cheap” UA Econ fares. Need to be flexible to find availability. Can also upgrade LH and NH, but typically those eligible fare classes are pretty expensive. The rest of the 1K benefits were marginal for me.
