Did use their service some years ago. Pleasant experience overall: Picked up at jetbridge and driven by car (if you have anything special in mind you can inquire about their car park) to their facilities with passport control. They made one of the mini suites available for a quick shower free of charge, spend the rest of my time in the lounge area with some breakfast. When the aircraft was ready to board I was driven again and handed over to the airline crew at the door.
